Service Description

The 1x coaching call is a great option if you are looking to expand your knowledge on all things health, wellness, and healing, but you aren't ready for the commitment of joining the 8 week program. Each call lasts 1.5 hours and allows us to assess your current routine, as well as your health goals. I summarize the call in an email and provide you with suggestions, tools, and practical steps to take after our call is through. After this call you have the option for a FREE 30 minute follow up call 4 weeks after the initial session.
